We provide free samples, while the courier cost or the overseas shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer. Sample delivery fees may be refunded upon order placement.

All products are manufactured under an ISO management system and undergo routine testing and sample inspection at our factory prior to shipment. Additionally, all our products come with a 3-year warranty from the date of shipment.

Our standard packaging includes double-layer corrugated cartons wrapped in waterproof film and reinforced with wooden pallets. For heavy items, we use wooden crates or 2-layer poly bags reinforced with wooden pallets.
